Our People have been using technology in their duties for 25 years, integrating CCTV and Monitoring devices to help them perform their duties better. As technology is improving we are finding that we can now see more; do more; achieve more and this is changing how we view the future of Security can be being delivered; a hybrid model: professionally trained and motivated Officers, working with technology to provide a wider reaching, more holistic service.
Monitoring technology can be put into place, over a whole spectrum of systems to trigger alarms; giving us early warnings such as: unauthorised access, identifying specific levels of equipment status, track Security Officers Patrol routes, or track the speed and locations of our Company vehicles. We can implement and use a wide range of monitoring systems to inform us when our people need to intervene and resolve a situation before it becomes a problem.
The ability of CCTV has come on leaps and bounds over recent years and with the integration of AI (Artificial Intelligence) this equipment can do some amazing things. We can now not just simply be notified when a person enters a specific area, but when a person ‘loiters’ too long at a point that we identify;

- Differentiation between a person or an animal
CCTV in combination with integrated software can provide us with the ability to observe a situation and when triggered by alarms; we can use technology to inform us that there is something that needs intervention without the need for constant viewing.
Internet bandwidth and consistency of service has also been rapidly improving, providing us with the opportunity to use technology to support us perform our duties, without the need to be present on site and use the systems locally – because of this we have invested in our State-of-the-Art Alarm Receiving and CCTV Monitoring station.
