Key Responsibilities:
Generating appointments for the Business Development Team
Dealing with inbound/outbound follow-up calls
Maximise conversion rates from lead to appointment
Updating the company’s CRM system with all relevant information
Working towards targets

We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated individual to help generate high quality appointments and Customer Information for the Business Development Team.
Office based in Redditch with some flexibility in days and times. This can Be Full Time, Part Time and/or Term Time Only for the right candidate.
Other Requirements, License And Benefits
Experience
Experience in sales would be advantageous but not necessary, you must possess strong communication skills (both verbal and written), a strong telephone manner and presentation skills.
