Advantage One Security Shines at Retail Risk Event in Leicester as Official Guarding Partner

Advantage One Security was honoured to attend the recent Retail Risk event in Leicester, proudly serving as the Official Guarding Partner. This prestigious role highlights our commitment to safeguarding the retail sector, and we were excited to contribute to the security of such an impactful event.

The Retail Risk event offered an invaluable opportunity to meet with a range of vendors and retail businesses. Engaging in insightful discussions on evolving security challenges, we explored key topics such as theft prevention, emerging technologies, and the unique risks facing retail environments. These conversations not only reinforced our understanding of current security demands but also allowed us to share our expertise and innovative approaches that have kept us at the forefront of the industry for 25 years.

One of the highlights at our booth was the “Cops and Robbers” fruit machine, which added a fun element to the event. We’re excited to announce that Lee Dillow won a pair of AirPods after a thrilling game, accumulating an impressive score of £78! Additionally, Nicola Stitch from Tesco and Narinder Pahl from B&Q were the lucky winners of a meal at the renowned “Farmers Dog Pub,” famously connected to Jeremy Clarkson.

The evening event proved to be just as rewarding. Advantage One Security had the pleasure of hosting some of our valued customers along with other retailers at our table, fostering meaningful conversations about the future of retail security. Our Managing Director, James Haigh, had the honour of presenting the Retail Risk Rising Star of The Year Award. Elena Badita received a well-deserved commendation, while Steph Coombes was announced as the award’s winner.

As we reflect on this successful event, we’re proud of the connections made, the ideas shared, and the recognition of talent within the industry. Advantage One Security looks forward to continuing our partnership with Retail Risk and supporting future events with the same dedication to safety and security.
