In order to ensure the quality of our security service, all our staff follow our exemplary training paths, delivered by our in-house training team. We made a decision to employ our own in-house trainers, to ensure better quality control for our customers, and they not only train our staff to exceed statutary industry standards, but do so in a way that meets our customers’ needs and wants.
Our approach to training starts with our company values; we believe in having the right people, doing the right things, in the right way. We achieve this through pro-active ongoing training and monitoring to make sure we are maintaining exceptional standards in order to be the best we can be. Our business management system includes ‘training needs analysis’, which means we can identify the ongoing and future training and development needs of our people and our business. This means that we are able to provide you with well trained, high calibre officers, to meet the specific needs of the business and increase your return on investment.
All our officers have a minimum of two BTEC awards with their SIA license and the opportunity to progress further to an NVQ.
